Chantz brings over 16 years of risk management and insurance experience working exclusively on the brokerage side. He works with a number of complex risk clients, including the hospitality sector within Alberta and extending globally. He assists clients by providing the right risk management solutions to protect their business from catastrophic incidents, while also keeping in mind their appetite for risk so as not to overinsure.
Prior to joining BFL, Chantz managed a portfolio of clients at two other global brokerages. He spent time on both the account management and market-facing side of the business, leveraging market relationships and working hand in hand with sophisticated buyers to create tailored risk management solutions. Chantz is an active member in various industry associations, maintains several designations within the insurance industry as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Calgary.
When he’s not at work, Chantz is a proud husband and father and enjoys skiing, golfing, and camping.
