Don Gordon brings more than 28 years of experience in the craft brewing and beverage alcohol industry, spanning sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, distribution, executive leadership, and government relations. Throughout his career, he has helped numerous brands emerge, grow, and scale across Canada and select U.S. markets.
Don has held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Northam Beverages and President of Parallel 49 Brewing Company. In addition to his commercial leadership experience, he has overseen brewery operations, production planning, finance, and supply chain functions.
An industry advocate, Don helped establish the BC Craft Brewers Guild, serving as both Chair and Vice-Chair, and is a co-founder of the Coalition of Canadian Independent Craft Brewers. Most recently, he served on the Governance and Government Relations Committees of the Canadian Craft Brewers Association.
Today, Don continues to advocate for the industry while working with beverage companies of all sizes through his consulting practice, providing fractional executive leadership and advisory support across the full beverage alcohol value chain. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Don received the Legend Award at the 2023 BC Beer Awards.
