Donovan Fast is the Production Manager at ‘88 Brewing in Calgary. With a Microbiology degree from the University of Manitoba, and 14 years of brewing experience, he blends science and creativity to make beers that are both consistent and memorable.

Donovan’s path has taken him from brewing in Winnipeg, honing his craft in Germany, to launching ‘88 Brewing. Donovan loves making lagers and hop forward IPAs, and enjoys trading ideas and processes over a few pints.
