Jen Rogers (she/her) is the co-owner, brewer, and Chief Awesome Officer (CAO) of Wild Winds Brewery, where she wears just about every hat — brewer, sales rep, can label designer, bookkeeper, social media manager, website maintainer, and more.

A graduate with distinction from the Olds College Brewmaster Program (2019), Jen hasworked in nearly every corner of the industry, from quality control and packaging to production management and even teaching future brewers. Her passion and creativity have helped Wild Winds’ beers earn awards across the board.

Outside of the brewery, Jen is a Certified Cicerone, BJCP-certified beer judge, and the Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day Chair for the Canada Chapter, where she supports and uplifts women and non-binary folks in beer.

When she’s not trying to start a brewery, you’ll find her traveling, spending time with her three cats — Zoe, Mia, and Luca — or enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Tim.
