Lisa Watts is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Brewmaster of Hub Town Brewing in Okotoks, or, as she calls herself, the “Jill of all things that need doing.” A former pipeline integrity specialist with a Chemical Engineering background, Lisa completed the American Brewers Guild’s Intensive Brewing Science & Engineering program in 2016. Since then, she has helped build Hub Town into an award-winning brewery and community gathering place while wearing nearly every hat an independent brewery can offer.
