Michal Foniok, Head Brewer and co-owner of The Establishment Brewing Company began his brewing journey over 16years ago as a homebrewer. After acquiring his National BJCP beer judge certification he turned his engineering day job into ownership of The Establishment Brewing Company with fellow friends and beer enthusiasts, in 2019. The Establishment Brewing Company has since been recognized as Canadian Brewery of the Year in 2021, and Alberta Brewery of the Year 2021, 2023 and 2024.
