Phil is a commercial and operations leader with over 20+ years of experience in the brewing, beverage, and hospitality industries in both Canada and Australia. He's a chemical bioprocess engineer, holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and is a strategy & culture obsessive. He's built and run multiple breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and 3rd party contractors; led sales, brand & marketing teams, and cares the most about giving people opportunities for personal and career growth. His favourite beer is either a modern crisp pilsner or a fruity Aussie pale. When not working, he's either hiking, cooking, cycling, or skiing in the Canadian Rockies.
