Sarah is the Western Canada and Washington Regional Sales Manager for Yakima Chief Hops. Prior to YCH, she spent six years as a brewer, notably four and a half years at Bench Brewing Company in Ontario, where she was the Head Brewer and Director of Brewing Operations.
A native of Kelowna, British Columbia, Sarah was raised on a farm and always had a keen interest in agriculture and the environment, a passion she translated to hops. Now four years with Yakima Chief, she enjoys engaging with brewers on recipe development, technical support, and production solutions.
