Sarah McCambridge was able to sneak through the hiring process at Blindman Brewing in 2020, completing the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Certification in 2021!

During her time at Blindman she became a Recognized Beer Judge with BJCP and Certified Cicerone. She happily took over the test batch at Blindman and pushes her will upon everyone with wacky brews that sell out quickly in the taproom. Over the years she has slowly swapped out whatever she can with Red Shed malt, eventually she took over the recipe development for the Red Shed newsletter.

Most recently she lends her time to Red Hart where she works to pull off whatever hair brain scheme Jarod has up his sleeve. Besides enjoying everything beer, she spends her “free time” with her 3 boys and husband, who happens to be the crazy shorts wearing, Irish Red Beer pusher in the taproom.
