Tim Weaver is the Founder of The Brand Weaver, based in the UK. With over 20 years of experience in branding and marketing, he has helped breweries grow sales, attract new customers, and win industry recognition. Tim is the host of the Branding for Breweries podcast, Chair of Communications for the London Brewers Alliance, international speaker on brewery branding, and author of the globally successful book Branding for Breweries. Known for his no-nonsense, practical approach, Tim specializes in giving small breweries simple, actionable tools they can put to work immediately to stand toe to toe with the big dogs of the industry

DON GORDON

Don Gordon brings more than 28 years of experience in the craft brewing and beverage alcohol industry, spanning sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, distribution, executive leadership, and government relations. Throughout his career, he has helped numerous brands emerge, grow, and scale across Canada and select U.S. markets.

Don has held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Northam Beverages and President of Parallel 49 Brewing Company. In addition to his commercial leadership experience, he has overseen brewery operations, production planning, finance, and supply chain functions.

An industry advocate, Don helped establish the BC Craft Brewers Guild, serving as both Chair and Vice-Chair, and is a co-founder of the Coalition of Canadian Independent Craft Brewers. Most recently, he served on the Governance and Government Relations Committees of the Canadian Craft Brewers Association.

Today, Don continues to advocate for the industry while working with beverage companies of all sizes through his consulting practice, providing fractional executive leadership and advisory support across the full beverage alcohol value chain. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Don received the Legend Award at the 2023 BC Beer Awards

ANDREW COPLON

Andrew Coplon is the Founder of Secret Hopper and Craft Beer Professionals. Andrew helps breweries nationwide create more memorable and profitable taproom experiences using data-based insights gathered from thousands of visits. He has successfully built a community of 18,000 Craft Beer Professionals dedicated to the growth and betterment of our industry across the United States. When he isn’t building relationships on Zoom or meeting you for a pint, he enjoys riding a tandem bicycle with his son, Max, or planning the next adventure with his wife, Stacie

Dr. Harmonie Bettenhausen is Faculty at the James B. Beam Institute for Kentucky Spirits at the University of Kentucky, where she teaches and develops courses in distillation, brewing, and wine science. Her work sits at the intersection of fermentation chemistry, grain science, and sensory evaluation, combining academic rigor with real-world application. Trained as a metabolomics researcher with a background in food science, brewing, and biochemistry, Dr. Bettenhausen focuses on the chemistry and quality of raw materials—particularly grains and malts—and their transformation through fermentation and distillation. Her research spans topics such as glycosidic nitriles and ethyl carbamate formation, malt shelf life, and terroir-driven flavor variation in hops and barley. She has received support from national and industry funders, including the Brewers Association, AMBA, Hop Research Council, and state-level craft beverage councils. Before joining the Beam Institute, she held roles at Oregon State and Colorado State and directed operations at the Center for Craft Food and Beverage. She continues to consult with academic and industry partners and contributes actively to the American Society of Brewing Chemists, the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, and the Society of Spirits where she serves on technical and educational committees. Through her teaching, invited talks, and applied research, Dr. Bettenhausen champions hands-on, systems-based education that supports the next generation of brewers, distillers, and fermentation scientists while advancing quality and sustainability across the industry.

STEPHANIE GRANT

Stephanie Grant is a James Beard-nominated writer and content strategist who has been immersed in the craft beer industry since 2017. Based in Atlanta, she is the founder of She Loves Craft, a social media consultancy dedicated to helping breweries and beer brands tell better stories online. Her writing has appeared in CraftBeer.com, Good Beer Hunting, and The New Brewer, and she has worked with brands including Monday Night Brewing, Allagash, and Good Beer Hunting. Stephanie draws on a background in information design, UX, and technical writing to help brewery social media managers move from guessing to knowing — building content strategies rooted in clarity and connection. She holds an MS in Information Design & Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University and a BA in English/Technical Writing from Georgia State. When she's not deep in analytics or drafting captions, she's probably reading, hanging with her dog, or hunting down a great Czech Dark Lager somewhere in Atlanta.
